Lenomir is created by Lenomir Labs ("we", "us", "our"). We respect your privacy and designed Lenomir to work offline without collecting personal app data from users.

Lenomir does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services and is not a replacement for professional mental health or medical care.
Lenomir Labs does not collect personal data from users through the app. You do not need an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, tracker entries, journal entries, dream records, voice notes, reflections, health information, or other personal app content.

Apple App Store Connect and Google Play Console may provide Lenomir Labs with standard store analytics, such as app downloads, installs, crashes, device or operating-system summaries, region-level trends, and other aggregated performance information.
These analytics are provided by Apple and Google through their developer platforms. Lenomir does not add its own tracking inside the app, and Lenomir Labs does not use this information to identify individual users.
Lenomir does not require a user account. We do not ask for or collect your name, username, email address, profile, contact list, precise location, or payment information inside the app.

Lenomir stores your app content locally on your phone or tablet using device storage. Your trackers, journals, dream records, optional voice notes, saved reflections, goals, habits, and settings remain on your device unless you choose to export, back up, or share them yourself.
If you delete the app or reset local data in Settings, locally stored Lenomir data is removed from that device and is not recoverable by Lenomir Labs
Lenomir processes your entries locally on your device so the app can show your trackers, history, saved reflections, trends, goals, habits, and restoration tools.
Vela reflections are offline, pre-structured responses based on tracker data stored on your device. Your tracker data is not sent to Lenomir Labs or outside services for these reflections.
Lenomir Labs does not sell your data, does not build advertising profiles, and does not use your personal wellness content for marketing or tracking.
Lenomir is intended to work as an offline app. The app does not send your personal entries, trackers, journal content, dream records, voice notes, or saved reflections to Lenomir Labs or outside services.
Vela is an offline reflection feature. It uses pre-structured responses based on tracker patterns already stored on your device. It is for supportive reflection only and is not medical, legal, safety, or professional advice.
Lenomir Labs does not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal app data. We also do not use your wellness data to build advertising profiles or target you with ads.
Because Lenomir Labs does not collect personal app data through Lenomir, we generally do not process your personal app content as a data controller. Your entries are processed locally on your device to provide the features you choose to use.
Standard store analytics from Apple App Store Connect and Google Play Console may be provided to Lenomir Labs under Apple and Google developer platform terms.
Your Lenomir data stays on your device until you delete it, reset local data in Settings, or remove the app, subject to your device and backup settings. Lenomir Labs does not retain copies of your trackers, journals, voice notes, reflections, goals, habits, or settings because we do not collect them.
Apple and Google may retain store analytics according to their own policies.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights over personal data. Because Lenomir Labs does not collect your personal app content, most access, correction, deletion, and portability actions happen directly on your device.

Lenomir is intended for adults and older teenagers who can consent to using wellness tools under the laws of their country. It is not directed to children under the age where parental consent is required.
